Last Memory Recall
Push the On/Off button. The Last detected temperature will be shown for about 2 seconds.

With the thermometer off, press and hold the On/Off button for 3-4 seconds until the thermometer powers on, then press the On/Off button again to change ℉ to ℃.
Low Battery Alert
Replace Battery when the Low Battery Icon appears in the lower right corner of the LCD screen. " " means the battery is exhausted and needs replacement.
Soft Beep Alarm
If the detected body temperature exceeds 100.0 ℉/37.8 ℃ , the thermometer will sound an alarm: “Bi-Bi-Bi —Bi- Bi-Bi —Bi-Bi-Bi”. The alarm indicates a fever may be approaching.
